On several occasions I have run into some of the most ridiculous questions from insurance companies. This includes cases where there is a lawsuit pending adjudication, applications for insurance, and applications for renewal of insurance. My favorite one is the questions pertaining to children. One of these questions asks to list every member of your household that is not a driver and state the reason why they are not drivers. So, I complied and stated that among other things their tiny little legs are simply not able to reach the peddles. I wonder if their date of birth will be sufficient or if they will send up a follow up questionnaire asking why their limbs are too short or to send in some sort of verification showing they are in fact handicapped. When I first read this I blushed in shame for them. I always thought they had an attorney on staff that would review their questionnaires and other documents and if they do, then I can only wonder if the attorney is embarrassed.
