potential conflicts of interest before receiving any confidential
information. Do not send any confidential information.
Only provide:
- your name and contact information;
- the general nature of the case, (e.g.
overtime wage claim);
- the identity of all the potential adverse parties (if known).
Once we have checked for conflicts we
may discuss your case further.
To establish an attorney-client
relationship with our firm, we require a written retainer agreement that
defines the scope of the representation and that is signed by both the
client and the Law Office of Arnold Hernandez. Electronic signatures will
not suffice to establish an attorney-client relationship. By emailing the
Law Office of Arnold Hernandez you understand and you agree that no
attorney client relationship has been created.
Our procedures are designed to protect
the interests of our existing clients as well as the interests of
potential new clients communicating with our firm. Do not send us any
details of your case for your own protection.
We will respond to your email within
24 hours, most emails we will respond to within 30 minutes. Please be
sure you do not send time sensitive information or any confidential or
sensitive details until we agree to accept your case.
Our fees are competitive and most
plaintiffs’ cases are handled on a contingency fee basis and therefore
there are no attorney fees due until there is a recovery.
