Escondido Serious Car Accident

               Under California law there is a statute of limitations for personal injury claims.  Most cases fall under a 2 year statute of limitations.  An older man involved in a car accident waited to eight days before the statute of limitations to make a personal injury ran out.  He called me and after an interview the personal injury case was accepted.  He had been involved in a serious collision which caused severe pain to his low back.  The injury was not going away because it involved a severe disc herniation.  The degree of disc herniation varies, but in his case it required surgery to alleviate the pain.  The personal injury lawsuit was promptly filed and about eight months later the case resolved very favorably.
