San Diego Personal Injury Claim

Several years ago a business man was involved in a serious car accident which resulted in serious injuries. About six months later he attempted to resolve the case himself. With all his experience negotiating large business transactions he believed he was very qualified to handle the personal injury claim himself. In an attempt to resolve the claim he made dozens of calls and sent out emails, faxes, and letters. From time to time he would get a call back or a letter from the insurance adjuster asking for more information. Eventually he got a letter stating the statute of limitations for his personal injury claim ran out. He then called me and asked if I could help him with his personal injury claim. Fortunately there were new changes in the law and we were able to pursue his personal injury claim. An older man in his early sixties walked into my office after making an appointment. He looked very tired and worned out. His eyes were bloodshot from lack of sleep.
