ORANGE COUNTY PERSONAL INJURY

A woman while driving on the 405 was rear ended by a 19 year old man. He was weaving in and out of traffic and eventually rear ended the woman's car. The woman had an existing small disc herniation and the collision aggraved the herniation, such that she had to undergo surgery. The case resolved informally without a lawsuit in less than 6 months.

LOS ANGELES PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM
